Best practice for Moby questions

When asking "How do I..." questions about Moby, always add the Moby Documentation context first. This ensures you get accurate, platform-specific answers rather than generic responses.

Example Questions

With Moby Documentation context:

  • "How do I run a Test of Details?"
  • "What's the difference between matching and grounding?"
  • "How can I split a bundled PDF?"

With Document context:

  • "Summarize the key terms of this contract"
  • "What is the total amount on this invoice?"
  • "List all the parties mentioned in this document"

With Web Search enabled:

  • "What is the current IFRS 16 lease liability threshold?"
  • "Latest updates to ISA 540 revised"

Limitations

  • Conversations are stored in your session; they reset when you log out
  • Maximum of 5 documents can be attached at once
  • Very long documents are truncated to fit context limits
  • Web search availability depends on your company settings
