Tips for best results

PDFs:

• Native PDFs work better than scanned
• Ensure text is selectable when possible
• 300 DPI minimum for scanned documents

Word documents:

• .docx format only (not .doc)
• Converted to PDF for processing
• Complex formatting may affect extraction

Excel files:

• Use .xlsx format (recommended)
• Headers in first row
• No merged cells in data area
• Avoid complex formatting

Images:

• High resolution (300 DPI+)
• Good contrast
• Straight alignment (not skewed)
