What to include
Export your TOD results with all columns visible. Include:
- All reference document columns
- Extracted values
- Match confidence scores
- Grounding references (optional)
- Notes and exceptions
Naming conventions
Use consistent naming for easy organization:
[Client]_[Test]_[Date].xlsx

What to save
For each completed test, retain:

Export options
When exporting from Moby:
- Include all columns — Don't hide columns before export
- Include grounding links — Allows tracing back to sources
- Export as .xlsx — Compatible with all Excel versions
Archival best practices
After engagement completion:
- Export final versions of all workpapers
- Document any manual adjustments
- Archive project in Moby (doesn't delete data)
- Follow firm retention policies
Version control
If you make changes after initial export, save with a version number:
